Report a security vulnerability

Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD)

The IT and cybersecurity of our products and solutions are a top priority for the Pütz Group. Despite careful development, quality assurance, and regular security measures, vulnerabilities can never be completely ruled out.

We welcome the responsible reporting of potential security vulnerabilities by security researchers, customers, partners, and other third parties. The goal of our Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD) process is to evaluate reported vulnerabilities in a structured manner, work with the reporter to address them, and take appropriate measures to fix or mitigate risks before any information is made public.

Please send reports of potential security vulnerabilities with as detailed a description as possible to:
Email: security@SPAMPROTECTIONpuetzgroup.de

Ideally, your report should include the following information:
  • Affected products and versions
  • A description of the vulnerability
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Potential impact
  • Proof-of-concept information, if applicable

Upon receipt of your report, we will promptly acknowledge it, assess the reported vulnerability, and—to the extent possible—keep you informed of the progress of our investigation. We treat all reports confidentially and aim for a coordinated disclosure after appropriate mitigations have been implemented.

We ask that you refrain from publicly disclosing or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
