We work sustainably and with resource efficiency

As a company we are conscious of our social responsibility and our function as a role model. The aspects of resource efficiency and economy have always been firmly anchored in our company charter. We have set ourselves the task of reviewing our behaviour even more thoroughly - both within the company and in our private lives - and sensitising our employees to this.

Sustainable – Self-sufficient –Energy-saving

From green buildings through to the promotion of environmentally friendly modes of transport:

The measures taken in the project Pütz Group goes green protect the climate and the environment and promote the health of our employees.

Photovoltaic

Our corporate buildings produce their own electricity with the help of photovoltaic systems. We use this electricity not only for our building technology but also for our heat pumps and company vehicles.

Environmentally friendly company cars, e-bikes and e-scooters

We prefer environmentally friendly modes of transport - including our company cars. Our Saarburg site already has four electric vehicles - and there are surely more to come.

We also promote the acquisition of e-bikes/e-scooters for private use through contributions to the purchase price.

Charging stations

Solar power is environmentally friendly and sustainable because it is generated from renewable energies and produces fewer greenhouse gases. Our employees are permitted to charge their private electric vehicles free of charge. We are happy to provide technical and financial support to our employees for the installation of a wall-mounted charging box at home.
