The beginnings

Stefan Pütz began in 1988 as a one-man-show. His planning office specialised initially in automation software for production systems and their commissioning. Ten years after establishing the company, it was no longer simply producing switch cabinets, but rather also complete systems including mechanical equipment and robotics.

The takeovers

Enthusiasm for new ideas and the pursuit of high quality became the driving force to take over and continue successive engineering companies. The spectrum of services was constantly expanded with their specific technology and industry knowledge.

1988

Established as a planning office for software and commissioning, Saarburg (Trier)

1991

Began switch cabinet production

1997

Moved to the new company building on the banks of the Saar River: 400 m² office space, 300 m² production

1998

Began the realisation of complete systems including mechanical equipment, robotics and conveyor systems

2000

Moved to the new final assembly hall: 1,100m²

2003

Began specialist mechanical engineering

2004

Established the company PMC Machinery Solutions s.r.o. in Bratislava, Slovakia

2007

Takeover and continuation of Bellaform GmbH, Gau-Algesheim (Mainz)

2009

Opening of the Limburg branch (battery machines/specialist mechanical engineering)

2010

Takeover and continuation of Sampas GmbH, Kernen-Rommelshausen (Waiblingen)

2012

Takeover and continuation of RICO GmbH (Ellwangen)

2013

Continuation of Hirscheider GmbH (Ellwangen)

Takeover and continuation of HEGA Systems GmbH, Freiberg am Neckar (Ludwigsburg)
