Machines and systems for the drinks industry

RICO has designed and constructed individual machines and complete systems for the drinks industry for more than 50 years and is market leader in the areas of swing stopper closing and chamber pasteurisation. The range of products includes Machines for swing stopper bottles:

  • Swing stopper closing machines with a hygienic design from 1,000 to 32,000 bottles/hour (closing rate 98%)
  • Swing stopper mounting machines (6,000 bottles/hour), swing stopper opener, swing stopper inspectors (up to 32,000 bottles(hour), rubber seal changer etc. 


as well as:

  • Chamber pasteurisers (robust design and low space requirements, automatic loading possible) of 1 to 12 pallets, or according to customer request
  • Unpacking and packing machines (using robots) in different performance classes and price segments
  • Developer of the RICO long term bottle gripper for glass, PET and swing stopper bottles, special bottle grippers
     

RICO has been a member of Pütz Group since June 2012.
